Below you will find links to Reservation and Rule forms that will need to be filled out and returned to FARMSTEAD. They are in .PDF format so that you can view and print them off the web. Please fill out these Forms and either Mail or Fax them back to FARMSTEAD so you won't have to take care of all the paper work after you arrive!The Party Leader Hunt Reservation Form should be filled out by the hunt leader. Fill in your personal information plus the hunt packages requested, Hunt date, If you need a guide or will be bringing your own Dogs. If you have any special requests put those in the memo box. Special requests can include such things as if you want a turn on bird held back for your dogs, The preferred preserve you would like to hunt (Subject to availability), The length of the hunt setup...Do you want a short concentrated hunt or do you want to hunt over a large area, If you have individuals in your party that need hunting areas that are easy to walk.
The Individual Party Member Information Forms are available for you to collect information from your party members ahead of you arriving at FARMSTEAD. This will allow you to speed through the registration process and get on your birds even faster.
